Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut Butter Balls/Buckeyes/Monkey Nuts

INGREDIENTS:

1 LB Butter

2 cups Peanut butter

3 LBS Confectionary sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 LBS Parafin wax

16 oz Semi sweet chocolate morsels

1. Cream butter and peanut butter until smooth. 

2. Add sugar and vanilla, mix throughly

Here is what the dough will look like.  

3. Roll into balls, I use my Pampered Chef Small Scoop for the perfect size!

4. Melt wax and chocolate

5. Using a toothpick, dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and place on wax paper. 

Balls can be frozen for up to 3 months.

HINT: DO not use a hand mixer...you will burn out the motor. You will need a Kitchen Aid for this one!
